What you are buying

Packs are digital goods generated on demand: photos and video clips of an AI persona, produced specifically for you after you purchase. Because each output is generated fresh at real compute cost, packs are not off-the-shelf files and cannot be restocked or resold once generated.

Free personas

Free face candidates and their persona links are kept for seven days and may then be deleted. Purchasing a pack keeps your persona and its outputs available for delivery and re-download.

Refunds

If generation fails, or a delivered output is defective (corrupted files, outputs that plainly do not match your locked face or your order), email us and we will regenerate it or refund you in full. Outside of failure or defect, purchases are final: the compute to generate your pack is spent the moment it runs. If something looks wrong, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right.

Ownership and commercial rights

On delivery, full commercial rights in your generated photos and clips transfer to you. Use them in ads, on social accounts, on product pages, or sell content services built on them, no attribution and no further fees. We may showcase anonymized sample outputs only where we generated them for that purpose, never your purchased pack.

Your responsibilities

Platforms increasingly require AI-generated content to be labeled. Compliance with each platform's disclosure rules, and with advertising law in your market, is your responsibility as the publisher of the content.

Prohibited uses

You may not use the service to impersonate a real person, including submitting a brief or reference designed to reproduce an identifiable individual, and you may not use it to produce unlawful content of any kind. We refuse and refund orders that attempt either.

Referral program

Approved referral accounts receive the displayed commission on a new customer's first eligible purchase made within the attribution window. Commissions remain provisional during the stated hold period and are reversed for refunds, disputes, self-referrals, duplicate customer accounts, fraudulent traffic or a breach of these terms. Affiliates may not spam, impersonate The Real Influencer, make false product or earnings claims, use cookie stuffing, bid on our brand terms, or offer unauthorized discounts. We may suspend abusive accounts and withhold fraudulent commissions. Legitimate approved balances are paid monthly after the displayed minimum is reached.

Liability and governing law

The service is provided as described, without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toboggan Labs is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or of generated content. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
