Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the minimum needed to generate your content and deliver your purchase. We never see your card details, we do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use your uploads or outputs to train models.

What we collect

·Persona briefs and product photos you submit. Used to generate your faces, photos and clips, and for nothing else.
·Generated images and clips. Stored so we can show you your persona page and deliver your pack.
·An optional recovery email, used to restore access. We send product news or offers only if you separately opt in.
·Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we receive only a confirmation that payment succeeded.
·Your IP address, used for rate limiting the free generator and for abuse prevention.
·Referral program data, including referral codes, clicks, commission records and one-way hashes of fraud signals. Raw card details are never stored and referral IP signals are stored only as keyed hashes.

Sub-processors

Generating and delivering your content relies on these providers, each receiving only what their role requires:

·Stripe (payments)
·Vercel and Vercel Blob (hosting and media storage)
·Neon (database)
·Google Gemini API (image generation and quality checks)
·BytePlus ModelArk (video generation)

Retention

Free personas and their face candidates expire and may be deleted seven days after creation. Purchased packs and their outputs are kept so we can deliver them and so you can re-download your content. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

What we never do

·Sell or share personal information.
·Use your briefs, uploads or generated outputs to train models.
·Send marketing email without your explicit opt-in. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
